ABOUT
We started EdVantage to empower educational institutions, educators, and learners. Our mission is strightforward: to equip schools by simplifying the adoption and utilization of the Veracrross student information system. I spent six years at Veracross working in a variety of roles across the client and professional services teams and have directly supported and implemented over 50 schools.
This experience, coupled with a passion for working with educators, gives us unique insight into the software and the most efficient ways to leverage it. Whether you are just getting started with your Veracross implementation, have turnover at your school and need to get a new staff member up to speed, or want ongoing support for certain modules, we would love to partner and provide an experienced, steady hand to guide your team(s). We understand the pivotal role technology plays in modern education, and are dedicated to ensuring that every client harnesses its full potential.

Advise on data conversion, data validation, and module configuration
Workflow Documentation
Write up summaries of processes to ensure you are prepared moving forward
Annual Refreshers
Prepare your teams for yearly tasks, e.g. starting the school year and launching enrollment
Ongoing Support
Provide regular calls, help troubleshoot urgent issues, and manage support cases
On-site Training
Meet in-person with your team(s) to learn your context and offer targeted consulting
